Flowline Valves is well-known in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and environmental industries.
The shoulder seal moves independently of the diaphragm seal (the seal between the inside and outside of the valve). You may easily open and close the seal with a manual or pneumatic actuator. When pressed into the sealing position, the diaphragm’s cylindrical shape keeps the seal—tested to an internal water pressure of up to 20 bar (varies depending on diaphragm material and actuator type) without leaking.
A seal is created in classic weir valves by putting a diaphragm between the valve body and the actuator’s mating faces. A set of nuts and bolts are then used to secure the assembly. Because of its high chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance when subjected to repeated clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) cycles, the valve bodies are composed of stainless steel.
