This pipe is made using carbon steel that is known for its surface hardness and tensile strength. Our specially designed PTFE LINED ELBOW is seamless in design because it is made to perfection by our experts.  To make lining we use different materials like PVDF, HDPE, ETFE, PP, FEP, and others because the demand of every customer differs from others.

To ensure PTFE LINED ELBOW is high in quality and performs an excellent function, we take Hydraulic Test, Spark Test, and others. The minimum liner face (R/F) thickness of the pipe should be 80% of liner thickness.
